Starting & Scaling SEO at a Startup

GUESTS & RESOURCES

Episode Overview:

Join host Ben as he continues his conversation with Frase’s Director of Marketing Bill King about how to scale SEO in a startup environment. Together they discuss how to best manage the uncertainty of SEO work in startup spaces.

One of the best ways to scale SEO efforts at a startup is to quickly establish a template system for content creation. A template will eliminate ambiguity and provide guidelines for all teams producing content to follow.

As you create a successful strategy it’s best to examine what your competitors are doing. Examine what successful companies are doing and compare it to companies that are experiencing difficulties. Compare their efforts with your own funnel and remove elements that don’t work while implementing the methods and tactics that you identify as successful.
