Google is making an effort to tell people to make sure that the sites have their basic housekeeping down. Site structure and speed should be prioritized. These resources are meant for technical optimization and Jordan theorizes that it is the start of a larger update in the future. Google is doing all that it can prepare webmasters with the right tools and resources to ensure their site is fully optimized.
